New artist or band demo submissions for possible signing or distribution
Singles, EPs, albums, remixes, and instrumental works in downtempo, organic, soul, and jazzy house roots styles
Sync opportunities (placements in film, TV, ads) and licensing inquiries
Collaboration proposals, production or remix requests, and management/booking introductions
Any questions about our submission process or required materials

Up to 2 or 4 demos in WAV (preferred)
A plain-text file (README.txt) with tracklist, song durations, publishing and songwriter credits, and explicit content advisory if applicable
A short artist bio (150–300 words), links to social profiles, and current press
Contact information for the primary representative (email, phone, and location)
One separate PDF (ArtistName_Presskit.pdf) with press photos, EPK details, past releases, press quotes, and touring history
What will happen after you submit
Initial Review: Our A&R team reviews all materials. This typically takes 3– days depending on volume.
Follow-up: If we’re interested, we’ll contact the email or phone provided to request stems, additional materials, or to schedule a call or in-person meeting.
Outcome: If you’re not selected, you’ll receive a polite decline email. We retain all submissions for internal consideration for up to 12 months; you may request deletion of your materials at any time.

Do not send physical media or unsolicited physical packages unless requested.
By submitting, you confirm you have the rights to the recordings and grant Bad Soil Records the right to review your material. Submission does not constitute an offer or guarantee of representation.
