1. Can you tell us how your label came into being?
It stemmed from a passion for music that grew over the years. With targets in mind and a dream to make come true.
So I decided to start my own label that invests in both artist as the person, not only their music which equally is even important as the story behind it.
Artistically, creative, consistency and persistence and at last visionary forming the label into being us all.
2. What makes your label different from the rest?
Connection is key for us. We want to amplify artists their unique sounds and guide them creatively with industry knowledge, without losing their identity.
3. How do you discover new artists?
At first, you think you have to look far and wide for talent, but if you stop and look closer, you'll be amazed by all the creative people in your immediate circle.
That's how we started involving and connecting with people in our close circle, who enthusiastically form our family.
Of course, in this day and age, we can't ignore the help and reach of social media.
4. What are the biggest challenges of running a label today?
The industry is changing rapidly. Streaming dominates, and marketing is almost as important as music.
The challenge is to stay relevant without losing your vision.
5. How important is social media for an artist these days?
It's essential. Artists, just like labels, need to build their community, not just drop music.
Social media isn't just promotion; it's storytelling.
Your community wants to see who you really are, not just perfect images.
6. How do you combine the business and creative aspects of your role?
It's a constant balance. I try to give creative freedom, but also have a strategy.
Creating music, this can be different from artist to artist , but planning releases isn’t, i like to have a constant and consistent movement .
7. Where do you see the label in five years?
An international label - live performances
Release parties, worldwide
Recording and making records with diverse and live artists (Originality)
and two new promising sisters labels.
To be an established and recognized label with what it stands for since the start of the label.
